Technical English

This course is an initiation to academic writing in English. It is intended to enable students to relate their reading to topics relevant to their studies. 

Students can therefore take the first steps to:

· Develop an extensive specialized Occupational Health and Safety vocabulary;

· Develop a holistic and selective reading comprehension of scientific texts;

· Write scientific abstracts using techniques that summarize texts into clear, concise, yet precise and informative essays.
